1. Rules

By participating in a game made available through the applications (the “Services”) provided by ESPORT NEWCO (910 410 356 R.C.S) and Affiliates, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by the present Blitz - Win Cash Rules (”Rules”), the Terms and Conditions (”Terms”), and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein and therein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Blitz - Win Cash as final and binding as they relate to the games offered through the Service. Any violation of these rules or the Terms will result in disqualification and all privileges will be immediately terminated. In the event of a conflict between the Terms and the Rules, the applicable condition in these Rules shall apply.

2. Competitive Modes, Cash Games and Practice Games

(i) Competitive Modes - Our applications allow you to play and compete with other players in eSport competitions (“Competitive Modes”) through Matches and Contests.

(ii) General law compliance - You understand that laws regarding online gaming vary throughout the world. Your ability to access a given game or Competitive Mode does not necessarily mean that it is legal under the laws, regulations, or directives applicable to the country you are located in. It is your sole obligation to ensure that you fully comply with any law, regulation, or directive applicable to the country you are located in with regard to the use of Competitive Modes.

You hereby agree and affirm with regards to your access or use of the Service that:

• You are located in an Eligible Jurisdiction, as defined in the Terms, where it is lawful to use Competitive Modes for the games you access;
• You are not under the age of twenty-one (21) or the age of legal consent for engaging in Competitive Modes;
• You have evaluated the laws, regulations, and directives relating to your use of Competitive Modes, and your use or access to the Competitive modes will not violate any applicable law, regulation, or directive;
• You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when entering Competitive Modes and you are fully responsible for any loss you may incur; and
• Your use of Competitive Modes is at your sole option, discretion, and risk. In relation to potential financial losses, you shall have no claim whatsoever against Blitz - Win Cash, its affiliates, its licensors, or their respective directors, officers, or employees.

(iii) Gambling Prohibition - Competitive Modes are games of skill, and may not be manipulated in a manner (or otherwise used) in conjunction with any form of gambling.

(iv) Practice Games - All games can be accessed and played for free and without money prizes via “Practice Games”, only subject to the acceptance of the Terms, the Rules, and the Privacy Policy.

(v) Cash Games - Some games can be accessed and played in “Cash Games”, requiring payment of an entry fee and giving access to money prizes. To participate in Cash Games, you must:

• Be located in an Eligible Jurisdiction as defined in the Terms;
• Have an active Blitz - Win Cash Account;
• Have sufficient funds in your Blitz - Win Cash Account balance to pay the selected entry fee;
• Acknowledge and accept the Terms, Privacy Policy, AML policy, the present Rules, and the rules specific to the game; and
• Comply at all times with the provisions of Terms

(vi) Required information - Both Practice Games and Cash Games can be played in various Competitive Modes as further described below. In order to play any of the Practice Games or Cash Games, you must provide, and verify (if applicable) some information requested by Blitz - Win Cash, which may include personal information such as first name, last name, and mobile phone number. Once you have downloaded one of our Applications and provided and verified (if applicable) the relevant information, you will then be able to access and participate in Competitive Modes.
